Make a luxury storefront that never flinches at its own price.

Value brands and luxury brands almost never share a shelf. Teddy Blake sits deliberately on both. The brief was to hold that tension without resolving it.

We rebuilt the Shopify Plus theme, shipped a custom checkout flow tuned for cross-selling accessories, then moved into content, influencer, and consultancy on marketing cadence.

Large-scale imagery, texture-focused galleries, color exploration, and simplified layouts kept the focus on the handbags themselves — while custom features throughout the experience helped simplify the journey from product discovery to checkout.

Navigation and merchandising were structured around bag styles, collections, colors, and seasonal arrivals — making it easy for customers to browse a large catalog without overwhelming the experience.

Building an influencer engine — designed to scale with the brand.

A small, curated roster — stylists, editors, quiet-luxury creators. Commissions replaced by retainers and long-term seeding. Earned media up, CPM down.
