Services
We provide design, development, marketing, and creative services on a per-engagement basis. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are documented in the Statement of Work signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
- The content on this site (text, images, code) is owned by Sunday Digital LLC unless otherwise noted.
- For client engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers upon final payment as documented in the SOW.
- Our internal tools, methods, and pre-existing IP remain ours.
Confidentiality
We treat your roadmap, data, and proprietary information as confidential. We can share publicly only with your written approval.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
